Is there a way to desactivate the anti-aliasing (blurred effect)? I'm doing lot of line art work and the anti-aliasing thing is activated whatever the level of zoom I'm working on(100% level of zoom too).

There is not such option.
Anyway the Antialiasing has nothing to do with a blurred effect. The problem is that you line aren't pixel aligned so the system compute the amount of the "perfect line" which cross a pixel. if your line has 1 exact pixel wide and has the perfect pixel alignement the anti aliasing will not be noticeable.
