When I save my picture`s files after I draw pictures with black inc,the same name empty folders are happen to be made too.

Does this error is only happen to me?

When I save my pictures,same name folders are made too.

Those folders are empty.

I contacted my PC`s support.they say to talk about soft ware company.

ademilo : Can you provide a more detailed sample of what happen ( file name, file extension, full path of the created file and the created directory, etc.. ) or better a screenshot of the explorer ( before and after a save ) ?

I think you will be a little confused.
Because this picture contains many Japanese.
But this is windows 7 in Japanese version.
And the Black Inc`s pictures title were saved in Japanese.

ademilo : the fact you used a japanese version could introduce a bug.. We will dig this problem.

I found solutions!

Open My picture.
And click order or arrangement on upper left corner of your picture window.
There are 5 letters on upper window of `my picture`.
order,share,slide show,insert,new folder
My windows 7 is Japanese.So I can`t find English there.
So let me say like that.
Click `order` in `my picture`.
Then click `folder and option of search`
Then click expression or indication tab.
You can find detail setting.
You can find indication of files and folders.
Put don`t indication hidden files and hidden folders.
Then click OK.
The problem is clear then!
My PC support solved this problem.

Those same folders and files are information of our pictures,
My PC support said that!

ademilo : nice to know but it's still weird that even a hidden folder is created..

My PC is SONY VAIO.
I don`t know why hidden files are created.
SONY support said hidden files are file`s informations.
