Is there a code or something that comes with the software that i can use to download it from the website I want to install it directly to my computer and don't want to have to keep using steam run the software as steam needs online.

For the moment the Steam To our database license isn't supported BUT you can use Steam offline following this procedure :

On the top left of the steam client, there should be a button "Steam" clicking that, and going down to the second option "Go Offline" should work.

It wasn't really the go offline that was the problem it's the fact that I have to go offline If I end up without internet unknowingly I would just want to have an offline download as well so that I could avoid that problem all together
