Cannot save as anything but .bkd

Just bought the software and was trying to save my image as a png, jpeg, psd. None of them work, I can only save as a .bkd file. I was using the software without having activated the license so when I remembered I logged in in the help drop down. After that I tried saving as a png or jpeg and could not. An error box pops up saying failed to save. Any way to fix this, thank you
