Bugs and lags

Hello! I have some problems in Black Ink's work, that make normal and comfort drawing impossible:
1. Programm works slowly, cursor moves much faster than brush, all functions are delayed. My computer is near to recommended system requirements
2. When i open a saved document there is only a blank canvas
3. Some brushes look like this and don't work correctly:

Thanks for posting!
When my post was on moderation I've founded some new problems:
1. Dropper takes only black and white colors
2. Program saves a white canvas instead of drawing
3. Drawing disappears after some time

what is your config ? CPU / GPU / RAM
( you can use CPU-Z and GPU-Z )

CPU = 2.13 ghz
GPU = 512 MB
RAM = 3 GB

what is the brand of your GPU ?

Anyway it's seems that you don't have enough memory for Black Ink ( we have to update our spec especially for the VRAM needed to run Black Ink ).

But as stated in our FAQ :

Black Ink performs slowly on my computer.

Unfortunately your computer's setup is not powerful enough because Black Ink needs a dedicated graphic card.


You can visit this websiteand look up your video card. For a good performance a "G3D rating" of 500 is needed but we recommend a rating of 1000 or above for the best experience.

and your GPU has something like 75..
