Hi, I'm a fan of Your software, I just bough a Surface Pro 4 and everything was fine, but now I can't start the software... I tried update the directX , Visual C++, Steam and Black Ink several time... I don't know what to do.

Thank for the fast reply, but it still won't work.
I found something odd. The Api is set to Unknown_APi and the AdapterOrdinal is 429467295.
For what I know it should be a number far less then 4 maybe that can help?

Do you have the same behavior than this one when launching Black Ink ?
If not then send us the Crash report ( it's perhaps something else )

Yes, it seem the same behavior, the software start but I don't see anything.
I see the instance is running using the command Win + Tab.

I found how to make it work! The solution you suggesed work but I have to set the variable
<IsFullscreen>false</IsFullscreen> to true and it worked!
And I notice that even if I change the variable
<Composited>true</Composited> to false then when I run it it will came back to true.

Yes you find the problem.
This is always resetted to true and there's a problem with the latest Windows Update with our compositing method ( but only occuring at startup because when you move the windows around the composition works.. )
Anyway we will do something for the next update about this critical bug !
