*Edit* So, apperently it's to do with the image codec not agreeing with Black Ink, I found if I just place the image in photoshop and save it as a PNG, Everything works great; Hopefully this works if anyone else is having issues*
Hi, I recently purchased Black Ink and I'm currently really enjoying the features it has just as it is; But sadly whenever I try to upload a image to play around with, it flounders out and crashes, any idea why, or shall this be fixed? Thanks
I don't know if this helps, but;

Alright, Thanks for the fast reply,

I hope the problem can be fixed soon (It appears to happen to all PNGs on a sidenote)

I'll just reuse this topic to add: you can simply open the PNG in MS Paint and re-save it, Black Ink seems to be able to handle it then. Problem is, at least in my case the size has almost doubled. Professionals at MS for sure. The original image was created by a simple Canon scanner and the OS X scan software that comes by default.
