Possible to Create this brush??

hey guys just curious if it would be possible to create a brush that behaves like the Sketch brushes found in Krita or Krita Gemini?

I believe the way it works is when the stroke gets close to another line/stroke made with the brush it kind of feels in the distance with what looks like light sketching/hatching/shading. Thats about the best way to explain it I think.

And i'm not trying to sell anything here it just seems like black ink would be able to replicate this pretty easily.
