Looking for suggestions

Well if you look in the picture that I attached, you can see the drawing so far.
But, it is not done yet, far from, I used these past 2 days sketching this. (I'm slow when it comes to drawing because I watch movies / game on the side) but anywho, was looking for suggestions and ideas to what I could change.

So far my ideas are: Adding some wings to it perhaps, maybe some legs.
I also thought of keeping the creature itself black and white, but around the mouth / tongue of it, add some red blood.
I might make a background, and a ground below it, perhaps some sand / dirt, with it leaving a trail behind it, so you can like see the path it's been walking in, if you know what I mean.

But was wondering what you guys think should be added, removed, changed, hope you guys like it so far.
BTW: Was trying to save it as .PNG and not having to take a screenshot, but it crashes each time I do that, so.. Screenshot it is.

Just loving Black Ink, really makes drawing far more fun and interesting.

wow This is a goood drawing. dont know if its with a mouse or not.

but anyways. when i saw the picture i felt like there should be a pressence of "Death"
like a death filled cloud that the skelleton brings with him or something.

I use a tablet, but I don't use it very often so still practicing. x]

Do you mean like some kind of fog? Or something?
