Back ground filling

I apologize if this is the wrong forum. I wasn't sure where to place it.

Anyways I am looking for some help. How do you guys fill in large areas to make the cool abstract backgrounds? To manually do it with a brush takes a long time. Is there a feature that I am missing?

Hi,
To fill large area take a large brush (or enlarge its size with the shortcut [hold+S] for example) and zoom out your canvas.
And paint, it's really easy you will see

A starter canvas option of white or transparent would be a great feature to add.

When we will implement the preferences it will possible to choose what kind of background you prefer when you create a new document.

I've been looking for a way to fill as well, I searched all over trying to work it out. I'll try the big brush size and zoom out method.

Anyway to find and to include all needed features, looks some important ideas are missing.
