"You have exhausted your licenses"...

Postby georgen » 02 Dec 2018, 03:22

Ok so it seems like I have exhausted the licenses I had.

I had to install BI while setting up a new computer after my old one died. I didn't find a way to deactivate the license on this site for the old computer.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Same problem. I have Black Ink installed on two computers. On one of them, Black Ink seems to have lost its license association after a Windows 10 feature update. Now my account says that the two licenses are exhausted and Black Ink has to be reactivated on the same computer where it previously worked!

I've just ran into the same problem after trying to setup a new pc. I can't deactivate the old ones anymore, is there another way to reset this?

Hey,

my old rig died so I have to use another one now, but it seems I have exhausted my license?! How to fix this? How to disable license from an old machine?

Thank you,
Thomas

license exhausted

I have just imported a Compuware license with 40 agents, we only have installed one active agent yet , I get the error license exhausted?

ps: We see active java agents? do we have a license for java instead of .NET processes?
