FYI, I got the email from support, and will try to activate when I get home. Thank you.

I don't know if you have identifiers on your licensing, but this system is "Jay-PC." I'm curious if I show a license used for this PC. It is a desktop, and is my main drawing PC right now, with my Surface Pro ("Dart-2") being second.
Actually, Black Ink (previous version) doesn't run well on my Surface Pro 2, and I had not activated Black Ink on that system. I doubt I activated it on my faster, high-end laptop, either. I suspect that all activations had been used and lost on my desktop system over time.
The Surface has an integrated Intel graphics processor and may only use shared memory, I'm not sure. Is integrated Intel graphics supported? Are you intending to make Black Ink work well on a Surface? I hope so due to the nicer drawing capability of the pen-enabled Surface, but I could understand that Intel integrated graphics is just not suitable.
