Incorrect Hue in Color Picker

When this happens it seems to want to show reds.

Hi MIM, do you have a reproducing procedure for this bug ? Or is it something hazardous ?

Ok, figured it out. It happens if you click inside the color box, hold, and drag the cursor outside of the box. I think it's happening to me when I'm using the stylus and accidentally bumping the mouse, causing the cursor to jump out then back in - it just happens so fast that I can't track the cursor movement.
