Started practicing with tablet

A dear friend of mine suggested me to fill up the drawing titled "breeze" with something. I was trying to "paint the thin air" so I personally feel it is unnecessary to add random elements. I'd love to have a third and maybe a fourth opinion about that, so please feel free to comment in any way you feel appropriate. I could really use some feedback =)

I like it without other subject matter. A gradient or some more clouds could bring some depth to the lower right corner. As is, I think the uninterrupted vibrant blue gives it a bold character.

Thank you, I do see the lack of balance but I still haven't found a way to obtain a deeper scene without messing up with the overwhelming blue. I must confess I actually went on with something else but I do feel the need to "polish" it sooner rather than later.

Here I am, working on some characters concept and learning an awful lot about colors and gradients, suddenly I remember of a piece I made in 2014. I wasn't satisfied but never abandoned the idea of tuning it. This is how it turned out. The original size is 4578x2877 but I do not know how to post giant images within 256kb .
