One-robot-crew shuttle

Improvising over a big random shape made out of squares and then using even more random brushes to paint details.

Unfortunately I forgot to keep the very first step but here is the one just after when I already started to add volume and lighting. The overall shape comes from random big squares in black and others with the background color to randomize the edges even more. At some point I saw a robot driving a strangely shaped shuttle and went for it :)

Great!
It will be really interesting to have more steps of you drawing next time.

What brush did you use?
The TechnoPenI guess?
Did you make others? :D

Here are the few steps I kept :)

Used a lot some variant of the stick brush to make large blocks (change the scales), then used the "technopen" I posted in the brush exchange to draw the big metal details, lots of large sticks and regular sticks for main shading, volute and some dots for the background (adding and removing with alt) and some wet ink for the final additive effects.
