I want you to be able to express under colors on 1 layer by using eraser.

ademilo : simply use 3 different layers to make such effect.
But if you mean erasing specific Red, Green ( not yellow ), Blue channel in that case it's not really possible without conserving under pixel informations in some ways ( then without layering ).

So you can do anything about my suggestion?

I mean you can do anything about colors.
