Start-up with previously opened file?

Could we have the option to start-up Black Ink with the previously opened file?
I really like this feature in Manga Studio. Maybe because I am lazy. Maybe because I sometimes forget what I am up to.

Would also +1 on more layers and lasso, move and transform tools. I miss this tools when I am drawing on paper even. Speeds up my conceptual art processes.
