So, I already posted this under the abstract HDRI post,
but here's my Idea:

could it be possible to use the image-based color as a post-processing effect in a game?
for example, you take a single frame from the game as an input, like the image you want to use the color from,
for example this screenshot(from monster hunter)

Then you put a filter over it, with a pattern of brushes(I just scribbled around a bit) using the technique of the image-based color feature, however it works ^^

Now, imagine this happens every single frame, in an interactive game.
This would be the most awesome game ever. So, the question is:
is it possible? this would be so awesome. a game with this abstractness would be unique.
just an idea :D

Yes it is a good idea.
But it will be possible by game developer themselves ;)
