I only just discovered BlackInk, and I love it! I am very impressed so far.

I have noticed a couple of things missing that could be handy though.

For instance some preset options for my canvas size. Paper sizes (like A) came to mind, and standard resolutions too(and an aspect ratio option maybe).

Another thing that also would be nice, is if you could choose a colour for your canvas, and maybe a slider to change that colour, so you can see how changing your background colour affects your drawing.

I believe they are going to include this in an upcoming update. currently I have just made a few default save filesfor sizes and background colors. Use your first layer as your back ground color, then make a 2nd layer to be your work area. I have not checked to see you you can lock a layer. If it isn't there then I and many others would love to see more layer controls. Namely Lock, Fill, rotate and move.
