Can we get Black Ink to cooperate with steam's broadcast feature? I have some friends who want to pop in a watch from time to time. It would also be a good way for those curious in the software on steam to pop in and see how others are using the app.

I feel all great potential of this painting software and its community. How ever, even I have downloaded the demo, I really do confuse on how to create good artwork. I hope there will be many upcoming official tutorials released by Bleank team.

Basic windowing features would be nice. I'm not sure how you implemented the windowing features, but restore/maximize/minimize do not appear for on the context menu of the program's icon on my windows 7/8.1 taskbars.

Also, the program doesn't correctly maximize when the windows taskbar is not on the bottem of the screen. It hides behind the taskbar when maximized, and there is no means to drag/move/restore out from underneath it, aside from moving the taskbar itself, which can sometimes mess up icon layout. The move option is available from the context menu, but can't grab onto the program since it is behind the taskbar.

PS, Black Ink is amazing! Keep up the good work.

Thank You for all the hard work!

I will be as concise as possible.

1. Have a layer "snap" on to another layer, so that the Blending layer only affects the focused layer and not every single layer under it.

2. Being able to temporary Crop and Resize during a "Save As..".

3. Move and reposition art on multiple layers at the same time so that they maintain their positions in relation with each other.

4. Merge selected layers while keeping the original layers.

5. An option for the "Alpha to Selection" Tool, to set an Alpha % "threshold", so we can decide which pixels the Alpha to Selection Tool will ignore or not to, depending on the transparency or opacity of each pixels.

Happy New Years!

hi jimkricket ,

Thanks for your good suggestions which have been well recorded.
for the 2.) the workaround is to do your crop and then a Undo after a Save As..
