No Eraser Recognition for Wacom Tablet

Postby sirsunkruhm » 29 Oct 2014, 21:32

Hey,
This has probably been mentioned before, unless it's just me, but my Wacom Intuos CTH-480's pen doesn't work fully with Black Ink. Black Ink simply doesn't recognize the eraser half of the pen at all, despite photoshop and sai tools both working just fine with it. When I flip over the pen to the eraser half, it simply stops responding at all, as if nothing is touching the tablet, though it works fine once I flip it back over (just doesn't conveniently switch to eraser). Is there any known fix for this?

Thanks.
