Hi I have used all my black ink licences, however the last computer i activated black ink on is not in use, and I would like to transfer that license to a new computer. Is this possible? and if so how do I do this?

Do you answer these requests on the weekend and about how long is your average response to such a request?

we will probably not answering during the weekend but we will answer the quicker as possible for the other days

It's depends
It can be few minutes if it's during our working days up to 2 days long if you send your request the Friday evening ( in UTC+1 ).
