Recommended graphic card

I'm about to set up a new desktop for use with Black Ink among others.
Is there any recommendations for the graphic card beyond the suggested 1000+ Passmark score?

Would there be any advantage of going with Nvidia over AMD or vice versa?
Would a Radeon 280x be a good match?
Or in a lower price bracket, a GTX 750 Ti?

Is the sky the limit for how much GPU power you can throw at it, or is there a ceiling?

Any feedback appreciated!

Hard to say the better the GPU is the better Black ink will react. A card of at least 1Gb of dedicated memory is a must.

Anyway we never encounter problem with NVidia GPU/Drivers like this one for AMD. Moreover you can plug 3 different screen to their cards which is not the case for AMD ( only 2 screen at a time even if there's 3 output :reyes: ).
After that it's depends on your budget. I recommend to read Hardware review for more details on what is the best value for money.

Thanks - great to know they should perform equally!
I'll probably test it out with a 280x this time around, and possibly a GTX 780 in a later build.
