Hello. Every time I try to run the Black Ink setup.exe file, I get this message- "Black Ink ne peut pas être installé sur des systèmes avec une qualité d'affichage des couluers de moins de 32 bits." I am running a legal copy of windows 7 64 bit so I have no idea how this could be the case. Is there something I am missing here?

It sounds like you have a problem with your video settings.

Right-click on your Desktop, and click on Screen Resolution. Then click on the Advanced Settings link. The properties window should pop up for your video card. Click on the Monitor tab, and at the bottom, you should see a drop-down box for Colors. Make sure this is set to True Color (32-bit).
