Crashing upon save or opening file

Black Ink is crashing upon saving or opening a file. It seems to happen when the file explorer opens. However, I can save to png and jpeg formats, but not PSDs. Once I exit the crash report, the application closes. I tried reinstalling and deleting the folder in which Black Ink was installed on and the same issue persists.

I sent a few logs files already from the crash report and have not received a response yet.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Any help would be great as soon as possible.
