Not sure if this was happening before or I'm just noticing it but I think it's new. The ink is not starting where I put the pen down. When my stylus touches my tablet I don't get a line for about 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch. Everything is calibrated. This also is causing an issue when sketching small lines and nothing appears on the tablet

No, seems to only happen with the pen

Ok then what happen if you disable the "Precise stylus position" in the Windows > Preferences > stylus

I take that back. It's better but not fixed. I still can't draw small lines or circles. I get the multiple circles around the stylus but it doesn't paint anything

Do you have a Wacom ?
If yes try to register Black Ink is a App in the driver like that :

Do you have setted some stroke smoothing ( using the Z shortcut ) ?

It's set to 13%. I did turn it off and it didn't change anything. Also FWIW it's not happening in other programs
