Returning User - Where do i actually set the license ?

Postby rebb » 18 Mar 2020, 22:45

I bought Black Ink a few years ago.
Now i installed the new Black Ink over my existing Version but Black Ink starts in a Trial Version now.

In my account it says "1/2 Installs".
Did the install of the old version not revoke itself or automatically transfer to the new version ?

I don't even know where to find the license button that the old version had i think ?
Am i just blind ? :)

rebb : normally it should be in the Main Toolbar > Help > Activate Black Ink..
But if you don't see the option send an email at support@bleank.com

I have the same trouble. It seems that my account says 4/4 licenses used. God knows where they went--I only have two Windows systems. Now in my case I returned a Wacom MSP 16 for a replacement, which Wacom returned. The disk was wiped. I have another Windows 10 system on which Black Inc is installed, and which presumably has a license, but the Help menu item doesn't show "activate license"--only "Buy license." It's possible that the licenses don't survive WIndows upgrades...
