Lazy Nezumi effect

I just installed the software on my second computer. I'm new to the software and I noticed that on this computer, I'm getting a sort of Lazy Nezumi (or lazy mouse) effect when using my wacom Intuos. I'm not sure if I turned on something without noticing, but it's not something I want active right, now. Tried looking for a solution but not successful as of yet and also not reallu sure what it would even be called in this software so I'm at a bit of a loss in terms of looking for solutions. So here I am! Hopefully someone can help a dude out!
