Bleank

I've just had to rebuild my pc and reinstall everything. The 1 app I can't seem to get working again though is Black Ink.
I keep getting the error message attached.
I've checked the direct X link in the error dialog, but can't install it as I'm running a more current version (12).
Any ideas how to resolve this?

Try to delete your config.xml file located in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Bleank\BlackInk
Tell me if you still encounter the problem
