Black Ink(steam version) crash on startup.

I'm running Windows 10: 1903 with AMD Adrenaline 19.11.3 on Vega 64 GPU
Steam version crashing on boot both in DX9 and default options.
I tryed NORMAL trial version from website and it's runns perfectly, no problems - absolutly. Only Steam Version in crashing on my PC.
After that i disabled steam overlay and other exclusive steam features - launch, still CRASH.
