Licences exhausted

Hello, everybody,

I recently built myself a new computer. Now I wanted to start Black Ink on it, but the program tells me that my licenses are used up. Is there a way to reset the licenses? If there are logs, you should see that the installations haven't been started for a long time. The 2 installations are no longer in use.

Kind regards,
Florian

Hi there,

it's me again :hi: . Same problem. All my licences are exhausted. Could you please reset them? Is it possible to reset all 4? Because I use it only on this computer. The other installations are long gone.

What happend: Two days ago i have started the program for the first time in 9 months. And it worked. Today I opened it again and suddenly it says "Trial version" and the menu entry for registering in the Help menu is missing.

Kind regards,
Florian

Just installed today's update and Black Ink now says I'm using a Trial Version. I can't find where to register that I'm already an owner. In the Help menu the program wants me to buy it, but I already own it. What next?
