Installing is ok, but can not launch black ink. it tried install directX, but there's already directX 12 installed in my laptop. I already tryied to re-install black ink. But couldn't fix it.
It was worked well in desktop, but not laptop.

This is my laptop's specs.

Memory 16384MB RAM
DirectX 12
GPU Nvidia GeForce MX150
VRAM 1983 MB

Is the stand alone version works on your laptop ?
If yes then Steam has probably corrupted a Black Ink's file..

If no try to send us crash report following this process

I already tried standalone version, but same error message.

the problem has been solved by installing the correct D3DComplier_43.dll in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder
