Creating perspective points off the page?

I'm attempting a drawing with a 3-point perspective using the 'Straight line draw mode' and the 'Angle snap' and am having some difficulties. In order to get the right angle, sometimes one or more of the perspective points need to be created off the white background page. I'm able to create the points off the page, but when I change from 'Straight line draw mode' to 'Freehand mode', all my points disappear and I lose my reference points. Is there any way to keep any points visible or lock certain lines so I don't lose my reference points?

Thanks in advance for any help!

On another note in regards to snapped lines, is there any way to grab the end of a line we've made, where it ends in a circle, and drag that to either extend the line in it's current angle or change the angle of the entire line without having to re-draw it?

Thanks, again!

Hi sorry for the delay, I thought I already answered :desperate:

For your two questions it is not possible for the moment, but there is good ideas ;)

I add in our suggestions list.
    - Keep some snap points when the straightline tool is launched +1
    - Modify a line already drawn +1

We think about perspective grid helpers, but if it is necessary for you I advise you lazy nezumi

Hi Bonnie,

Will there be any fix for this in the future?

Hi Maxwell ;)

Yes it will, but I can't tell you when it will be done.

For the moment we are working on an important release to create and manage many more Layers, with layer stack and a nodal system (Work in progress).
