My Black ink is crashing on startup and when i try to use the manual debug/crash report method there is nothing in the appdata/roaming folder, im not on my main computer, but would not having much GPU cause the program to not open because that is the only possible issue i can think of.

If you don't have a GPU it's clearly the cause of the crash.
The program can't start because DirectX DLL failed to load normaly..
