Undo Version or Money Back

"No it certainly doens't comefrom your CPU but your GPU ( wich is an Intel HD Embedded wit your CPU ).
Black Ink uses the GPU intensively (even almost exclusively) and that's why it will be difficult to improve this kind of slowdown."
This is the response I got when I posted in the "Black Ink Upcoming Features" topic. First, I want to say that while trying out the program, I think it has an outstanding amount of potential to rival a lot of the industry standards such as Rebelle and Autodesk Sketchbook. However, having a very standard Surface Book 3, my specs simply can't keep up to this program (in hindsight, I probably should have tried the trial version first before I bought the program).
I noticed that after I purchased the program, I had a certain amount of usage (I think 2). Is there any way I could undo the usage on my Surface Pro 3? There's no way I can fix the lag I always have on my pro 3, and I might be getting a new laptop at the end of October (my birthday). If not, can I just get my money back? This program is still in the beta phase, and it doesn't work at all for my current laptop.
Thanks!
