backed to trial

hi
i just noticed that my version got backed to trial version, and i dont know why. what can i do with this?

Hi,

Can you enter your registering information in the Main Menu > Help > Activate Balck Ink.. ?

I've added more licenses for you it should works now.

ok, its all good now. thanks ;)
any idea why this happened? could changing motherboard be the problem? becouse i have reinstalled black ink only after switching for win10, and then it was all good

hello

i got the same issue after changing motherboard/cpu and upgraded to win10.

Do I have to purchase new licenses ?
