Ive owned Black Ink for almost a year now
reecently my graphics board died and also harddrive
so got new of both
downloaded steam
games download ok
other software ok
but Black Ink downloads oks but has an error starting and wont start
went thru all they suggest still same problem

i SENT IN THE LOG REPORT A WHILE AGO AND i AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME.
i Really dont mindhaving to buy this program again since it really is the best on the market but I am afraid that if i bought it, i would still be having the same problem.
I bought it through steam and steam is of no help to me so I ned you guys to do something

Perhpas some DLL are missing.
Try to install all DirectXversion and Visual Studio Redist SP1.
If it still doens't work send us you log files

still not working in case i wasnt clear about me not being able to get this started
it worked fine for 2 years

I am not getting any help here
for once I found an art program that I can use and now it does not run
I have done everything you guys ask including updated to win 10, reset window
and still it will not run
so here it is
really simple
fix this to work or I want my money back
simple huh
like having a car that wont start

some one should contact me asap

For info the problem has been solved. thanks to a fresh system install
