Resize not "sticking?"

Postby baglunch » 13 Feb 2016, 16:34

I am trying to resize. I change the image size to 22x11 and the dpi to 350. I hit "OK." In the preview it changes, but not the actual image changes. When I go back to resize, it's at the original size. What am I missing? :?

I have just tried, and I see a bug in the print size (the default value change), well done :yeah:

When I launch image resize, and put your values 22x11 inches with 350 dpi and apply it, I have an image size (in pixel) of 7700x3850 px. Do you have the same value?

If I open again image resize, I have the true value in pixel but not in print size because by default it's in centimeters and 150 dpi...
For that reason if you enter 22x11 inch / 350 dpi your image won't change because it will be exactly the same size in pixel... ;)

For the moment you'll have just to see if your size is alright in pixel.

We'll fix it!

So there is no way currently to save work at 11x22 in 350 dpi? I am currently working on a project due today that has to be that exactly.

Your document has the good size in pixel don't worry it won't lose its quality.
If you have a doubt for example I open it in Photoshop

By default in my example Photoshop is in 72 dpi but in pixel I have the good size

I enter again my print size

and as you see all it's alright ;)
