Hello,

I just bought Black Ink through Steam, and everything was going great until I tried saving my image as anything other than the BlackInk format. These little white squares cover my image. I've tried saving as JPG, JPEG, and PNG and they all had the same result. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Can you send an image test at support@Bleank.com ( the BKD and the PNG ) and send us also the .Log ( here how to retreive it )

Hi I'm just wondering why my finished products when saved had a bunch of white blocks over it when they were not there before and when I reopen them they appear. Just curious thanks for the help
