Hi there,

I have just installed Black Ink onto my Surface 3, however keep having a strange blue/white pattern appear over the canvas. The program is working fine, but the graphical glitch makes it impossible to use.

I have seen the previous post about this here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1518 but no fixes have been posted. The last user just messed around with the graphics and it was fixed… Not sure that’s even possible on a Surface 3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yes unfortunately it's a known issue
We have to fix it for the next release ( I hope which will come at the end of January )
