I've been wanting to buy black ink for quiet a while now, but the think is, when i tried the trial version of Black Ink the program had zero pressure response from my digitizer , making it impossible to draw. But that was back then, did they fix that issue? I am using a Intuos Wacom S Pen & Touch. PC specs lets just say last endgame generation.

You should retry and test with your config.
But Black Ink should works fine with your Intuos ( do you have installed the latest driver from Wacom ? ).
Then you can see the input pressure received by Black Ink for that open the preferences window ( Main Menu > Windows > Preferences > Stylus Tab )
