Wacom Driver 6.3.14-1

Hi Everyone,

For an unknow reason those drivers ( 6.3.14-1 ) seems to introduce a latency with Black Ink after several second of drawing
We have tested this issue on Windows 10 and window 8.1 with the same result.
Reverting to the previous Wacom Drivers ( 6.3.11-4 ) fix the problem.
We try to contact Wacom about this problem to find why this is happening.

If you can't revert your driver the only solution is to Disable the "precise stylus position" in the preference panel

Hello,

I've also got some serious issues.

In addition to the known problem (disabled "precise stylus position") the tablet starts making troubles like having delays or the pen would not touch the tablet. It feels a bit like the RAM is overloaded with information and has no ressources left for rendering.
Then using the mouse everything works fine - as much as it can be with a mouse... but the RAM is not the problem. So I think those delays and loosing information are problems connected to the drivers issue.

To give you more details on my specs:

Wacom Cintiq 13HD
Win 10
16 GB RAM
GeForce 970 Ti, 4 GB RAM

Everything worked fine till last weekend. -_-

Greetings

Perhaps Win10 has automatically updated your Tablet Drivers ( can you check the version ).
We have contacted Wacom and they are aware of the problem.
I hope a fix will come soon.

After some break I decided to use Black Ink again and I noticed this severe input lag myself, after further use, the tablet was unusable, since the cursor "movement" was more teleporting in second intervalls rather than actually moving.

Also shortly after using the tablet with this driver, I got flooded by error messages (see attachment).

Error messages could only be fixed by disabling "precise stylus position", while installing older drivers fixed the input lag.

Edit:

We have to wait a fix from Wacom or try to revert to a previous drivers version if possible.

Yeah don't worry about it, right now I could work around those problems, I just hope there is a fix coming soon.
