So how do you save a .png where the background is actually transparent.. I'm just getting a white background.. even if the bottom layer which defaults to white background is deleted..

I dunno what else to try to achieve it thinking its possible.. but it doesn't seem to be..

Unfortunately png transparency saving is not supported yet. If this feature is important for your use of Black Ink, we'll make sure to move it among the priorities for the nexts versions!

yes it should be here already I mean honestly I thought it was a prioritized feature coinciding with the layers support. I would have more reason to use it if it actually exported to transparent background as I could use the layer in photoshop

Please add the ability to export with a transparent background. I use many programs together and this is the only thing keeping Black Ink out of my every day work flow.
