[Fixed] Issues with 0.119.1563

Postby clayton » 14 Jul 2013, 15:55

Hello,

I am still experiencing the same issues as with the previous version of Black Ink, details can be found:

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=126

1) If I zoom way out and fill the canvas, as I zoom in, the closer the canvas gets the more "block rendering" takes place
2) There are occasions when the brush cursor stutters when it moves - it is not smooth
3) Is Layer "Merge" going to be part of the next release ?

Something is going wrong with your configuration ( the bottleneck is probably the transfert between the CPU RAM and the GPU VRAM ).
To fix the problem I must grant you access to the debug panel of BlackInk so I can have a better view of what's going on.
:??: The bad news is that we are really busy right now with the upcoming Siggraph, so we will recontact you probably at the begining of August for more details.

Yes definitely ;)

Hi,

Many thanks for your reply and yes we can schedule in August to hopefully sort this one out.

If there is anything that I can do in the meantime then please let me know.
