clayton : really strange :?
Can you tell me the version number you got for this DLL ( it should be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Bleank\Black Ink, then Right Click and then select the Details Tab, the right version number is 5.1997.0 ).
I will send you the right DLL be email in all case.

in this case the problem can come from somewhere else  !

First of all do you have re-downloaded the Installer exe of Black Ink ? try to remove your browser cache etc..
Before installing remove Black Ink and make sure you have nothing in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Bleank\Black Ink

If it still doesn't work the next move is to use dependency walker.
Drag & Drop BlackInk.Exe from the explorer ( the real exe not the shortcut ) into the window of dependency walker and then see if a problem appear ( you can post a screenshot of Dependebcy walker if a problems occurs )

Hi all,

I sent you an email...

For the benefit of everyone here, I un-installed Blackink, however the files were not removed from my C:\ drive. I manually went in and deleted the folder.

I then re-installed and work perfectly.

I am still running DX10 though as DX11 seems to freeze up and take a LONG time to load. I can do some more tests if you wish.
