Hello,

I would like to report my findings so far with the latest version v0.111.1444 (nVidia Geforce GT 9600 graphics card).

1. When I start Black Ink, the canvas appears on the bottom right, it then moves to the top left before it centre's itself correctly ! I did not have this problem in the previous version
2. Created a 8000x5000 image and tried out the volute brush. The speed is excellent and is a joy to work with now. Superb job on this by the way.
3. When I zoom in/out, there are times whilst zooming the canvas completely disappears. If I wait around 5-8 seconds, the canvas re-appears. When the canvas does re-appear the image is drawn instantaneously. I never had this problem in the previous version. However that said, in the previous version I would have had to wait around 15 seconds for the image to re-draw when using the volute brush.
4. When saving the document (8000x5000) it took 1 minute and 45 seconds.

Will keep testing...

We have rewrote the whole rendering engine and the refresh of some part of the canvas is not perfect.
We must fix that part to avoid annoying flickering.

It's way too long. This part must be optimized and it will be in a next version
