Black Ink 0.135.1579 is out

The Version 0.135.1579 is now available here


list of changes :

  • N! Trial system now offer 2 hours of Black Ink without any limitations. You can test Black Ink ( or future update of Black Ink ) during 2 hours without any restrictions or limitations. After the 2 Hours of effective use of Black Ink will regress into the previous limited Trial system.
  • N! Shortcut Hold S to set the size of the current brush
  • N! Shortcut Hold D to set the opacity of the current brush
  • N! Shortcut Hold E the current Brush is transformed temporarily into an Eraser
  • N! Shortcut E Switch between the Eraser & the previous Brush
  • Improved framerate when Stroking large brush on big canvas ( fixed the problem discussed here )

:? we "digest" the Steam release ...
The next release will try to fix found bugs before adding new features.

I was looking for the new version of black ink, and thanks for sharing the link to download the same. I am glad to read that they have fixed the bugs with the new version, which was the difficult thing with the previous one. I am already running the previous version in my system, so do I have to remove it and get the new one?

chrisjacob : just install the latest version ( it's the one here ) and it will overwrite the old one, you don't need to uninstall

I would love to try this idea to for my future designing needs, right now I am just working with some third party provider.
