Here's a variant of the default paintbrush tool. It has a different orientation according to the stylus tilt (it is larger when painting sideways from your pen orientation) and has opacity mapped on how much the tablet's pen leans towards the tablet's surface.
So it has a lot of control but you need to be careful about how you move your tablet's stylus
